Ms. Sun Lishi, a Senior Economist, is currently serving as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the company. Ms. Sun began her career in July 1984 and has held various positions including Deputy Section Officer and Section Officer of the Management Office in the Supply Management Department of the Ministry of Material Supplies, Deputy Director of the same office, Secretary of the Minister’s Office in the General Office of the Ministry of Internal Trade, and Director of the General Affairs Division of the Finance and Accounting Department. She also served as a full-time Supervisor at the department level for the Board of Supervisors of Large-scale State-Owned Enterprises and as Deputy Director of the Office. From August 2005 to May 2015, she held roles at China Hi-Tech Group Corporation as Director, Employee Director, and Chairwoman of the Trade Union. From August 2016 to July 2022, she served as Employee Director and Chairwoman of the Trade Union at China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd. Since June 2024, she has been an External Director at China Forestry Group Corporation. In August 2024, she was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of CREC. Ms. Sun graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, majoring in Material Management from Liaoning College of Finance and Economics, and later obtained a Master’s degree in Engineering, specializing in Industrial Engineering, from Beijing Institute of Technology.
